The MCO RESET Method™
The MCO RESET Method™ is a structured 90-day intervention designed for HR Tech organizations that need to improve manager effectiveness, reduce overload, and address the system pressures that quietly weaken performance.
Once the MCO RESET Index™ identifies where performance is breaking down, the RESET Method helps your organization take targeted action.

Reveal
We clarify what is actually happening at the manager level using data from the MCO RESET Index™.
Evaluate
We identify where performance is breaking down across leadership behaviors, priorities, workload, communication, and systems.
Shift
We focus on behavior and system changes in the lowest-scoring areas so the work is targeted, not generic.
Embed
We reinforce new leadership habits through coaching, practical tools, and accountability.
Track
We measure behavior and performance progress over 90 days so leaders can see what is improving and what still needs attention.
What's Included
Targeted Manager Coaching
Managers receive structured coaching support focused on the real challenges they are experiencing, such as prioritization, communication, workload management, stress regulation, delegation, and leadership decision making.
Performance Focused Workshops
Workshops are selected based on diagnostic findings. Sessions may focus on topics such as leading under pressure, prioritization, communication, burnout prevention, sustainable performance habits, or leadership alignment.
Behavior Tracking & Accountability Tools
Managers complete simple tracking tools that help identify patterns, reinforce behavior change, and create visibility into progress over time.
Midpoint Progress Review
At the midpoint, we review what is shifting, where managers still need support, and what adjustments are needed for the second half of the program.
Final Progress Measurement
At the end of 90 days, we evaluate progress and provide a summary of improvements, remaining risks, and recommended next steps.
Executive Progress Updates
Leadership receives clear updates so they can understand what is changing, where support is still needed, and how the organization can continue improving performance.
AI Supported Reporting
We use AI supported analysis to help organize response patterns, surface themes, and generate clear progress insights. This allows your leadership team to receive timely, decision ready reporting without adding unnecessary administrative lift.

Why
This Program Exists
Managers are often where performance pressure shows up first.
Managers are expected to lead teams, drive execution, respond to change, support employees, and meet business goals.
Over time, that creates a costly pattern:
Managers become reactive, priorities become unclear,
and communication breaks down.
Performance starts depending on individual endurance instead of healthy systems.
The MCO RESET Method™ is designed to interrupt that pattern.
